Type the name of the item (e.g., “Ghiraula”, “Lady Fingers”, or “Cucumber”) and press Enter or click search.

2. Browse by Categories
If you prefer to browse through available collections, you can look at the main menu or footer sections:

Go to the Shop section.

Select a specific category depending on what you need, such as:

Vegetables

3. Check Related Products
If you are already looking at an item, scroll down to the Related products section at the bottom of the page. The website will automatically suggest similar items you might be interested in.

3. Checkout and Place Order

You will also receive an email with a link. Click on Order Confirmation in the email in order to confirm your purchase. Once you have validated your purchase, the delivery agent will contact the seller to arrange delivery.

How can I check my order status?

You can check your order status using the following steps:

1. Go to the Track Order Page
Look at either the top main menu or scroll down to the Help & Policy section in the footer.

Click on the Track Order link.

2. Enter Your Details
Once you are on the tracking page, you will need to provide:

Your Order ID (which was given to you on your receipt and in your confirmation email).

Your Billing Email (the email address you used during checkout).

3. View Status
Click the Track button to view the real-time status and delivery progress of your package.

You will know your order is confirmed in a couple of ways:

1. The Success Screen & Order ID
Right after you complete the checkout process, the website will display a confirmation screen containing your unique Order ID.

2. Check via Track Order
You can instantly verify if your order has gone through by visiting the Track Order page (found in the main menu and footer).

Enter your Order ID and Billing Email. If the system pulls up your order details and shows its progress, your order has been successfully received and confirmed by the system!

Pending payment: The order has been received, but payment has not yet been initiated or completed.

On hold: The order is temporarily paused, usually awaiting payment verification or stock confirmation.

Completed: Your order has been successfully fulfilled, dispatched, and delivered to your doorstep.

Cancelled: The order was cancelled either by you or by the store administrator.

Refunded: The order has been returned, and a refund has been issued in accordance with their Refund and Returns Policy.

Can I change my delivery address after I place an order?

There is no direct self-service option on the platform to change your delivery address once an order has been submitted.
