Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Devtal Bazaar does not own, sell, or resell the products listed on the platform and is not a party to the transaction between buyers and sellers.
• Account Eligibility: To place orders, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities under your account.

2. Product Information and Pricing

• Authenticity: We strive to maintain a trusted marketplace. All items listed on Devtal Bazaar are guaranteed to be 100% authentic, backed by our Money-Back Guarantee (subject to specific exclusions like groceries, digital goods, and fresh produce).
• Errors & Descriptions: While Sellers aim for absolute accuracy, Devtal Bazaar does not warrant that product descriptions, images, or pricing are entirely error-free. If a product does not match its description, your sole remedy is to return it in accordance with our Return Policy.

3. Orders, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

• Order Acceptance: The receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of an order. We or our Sellers reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Expirations

5. Intellectual Property

• All content, logos, graphics, layout, software, and intellectual property displayed on Devtal Bazaar are the property of Devtal Bazaar or its content suppliers and are protected by Nepalese and international copyright laws. You may not extract or utilize any parts of the platform without our express written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

• Devtal Bazaar provides the platform on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Devtal Bazaar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our platform or products purchased through independent sellers.
